General information on film and photo requests
The RMCC is available for professional indoor photo and film shoots. Shoots can be carried out outside of events and after prior consultation with the Convention Sales & Marketing Team.
A flat fee of €500 is charged for the use of the premises. Shootings are only possible with prior approval and on the basis of a corresponding contract.
We require the following information for your request:
- Purpose of the shoot
- Desired date and time
- Number of people involved
- Intended areas in the RMCC
Please note that shoots can only take place when there are no events scheduled and must not interfere with regular event operations.
Proof of valid liability insurance is a prerequisite for approval.
We recommend submitting your request early. We usually require 14 business days to review and issue the permit.

Terms and conditions
- Use of the RMCC foyer areas (Central Foyer, South Foyer, North Foyer, Central Gallery, North Gallery) up to a maximum of 3 hours and up to a maximum of 10 persons
- Use of the toilets on the ground floor / foyer
- Use of up to 3 power outlets (Schuko) for charging batteries, lighting you have brought with you, etc.
- Use of the furniture in the foyer (depending on the setting, e.g. benches, counters)
- Use of blinds, house lighting as required
- Placement of vehicles in the building possible subject to conditions and for an additional charge
- Cleaning of the areas used will be charged at cost
EUR 500.00 net as foyer rental excl. cleaning costs.
Other rooms must be requested separately.
Rental conditions
- Flat rate of EUR 500.00 net for use of the foyer areas in the RMCC incl. use of electricity for earthed sockets; if the area becomes dirty, cleaning costs will be charged additionally at cost
- Bookable at the earliest 6 weeks in advance
- The house rules and the general terms and conditions apply, with the exception of the cancellation policy (see §13). Cancellations can be made free of charge by either party up to 72 hours in advance. The operator undertakes to offer the customer an alternative date in the event of cancellation
- If a booking is received for an event that includes the use of the foyer areas, the operator reserves the right to postpone the planned shoot to an alternative date after consultation with the customer
