Exhibitor Day of the Financial Symposium 2026
The Finance Symposium has been the leading treasury and financial management event in Europe for over 35 years. A new chapter begins in 2026: the move to the RMCC in Wiesbaden opens up more space, new formats and additional opportunities for visibility and encounters.
Initial situation
The Finanzsymposium has been the leading event in the field of treasury and financial management in Europe for over 35 years. A new chapter begins in 2026: the move to the RheinMain CongressCenter (RMCC) in Wiesbaden opens up more space, new formats and additional opportunities for visibility and encounters (finanzsymposium.com).
The Exhibitor Day on August 28, 2025 was created so that sponsors, partners and exhibitors can get to know the new location at an early stage and realistically assess the opportunities.
Oliver Astl-Lipusz, Head of Congress & Event Management, SLG Treasury
"With Wiesbaden and the RheinMain CongressCenter, we have chosen a location that ideally combines our professional and organizational requirements. The excellent accessibility in the Rhine-Main region with short distances, the modern technical equipment and flexible room concepts with clear growth prospects were decisive factors. Equally important to us are the strong service orientation and professionalism of the RMCC team as well as the sustainable orientation of the building."

Goals
- Transparency & planning security: Showing partners the spatial and technical possibilities of the RMCC and making them tangible.
- Efficiency: Cost- and time-saving acquisition through a central, joint event instead of many individual appointments.
- Experience & excitement: Bringing Wiesbaden's added value to life - from the space in the RMCC to the city's wide range of hotels and restaurants.
Implementation
- Invitation by SLG Treasury GmbH
Sponsors and partners were invited exclusively to Wiesbaden to get a first-hand impression of the future venue. - Information and service presence
Wiesbaden Congress & Marketing GmbH was represented with a stand and acted as a point of contact for hotels, restaurants and supporting programs. - Hotel & location tours
Participants were able to visit selected partner hotels in Wiesbaden in person and see the quality and service for themselves. - Presentation in the RMCC - North Hall
- Sample exhibitor stands were set up in the foyer so that sponsors could get a realistic picture of their presentation options.
- Boxes with a view of the North Hall were furnished to a high standard and staged as part of exclusive sponsor packages.
- Linking with digital communication
The website of the Finance Symposium already clearly communicates the advantages of the new location: flexible spaces, modern infrastructure, networking areas such as the "Focus Area" or the "Working Hub", as well as a transparent overview of hotels and travel.
Oliver Astl-Lipusz, Head of Congress & Event Management, SLG TreasuryTogether with the company, we were able to show our partners the dimensions and possibilities live in Wiesbaden for the first time. The enthusiasm on site confirmed our decision: In the RMCC, we have a partner who understands and supports our vision.
Result & added value
- Tangible experiences instead of theory: sponsors and partners were able to experience their future opportunities directly instead of just reading about them.
- Trust & enthusiasm: Personal impressions of the premises, boxes and hotel facilities strengthened loyalty to the new location.
- Efficient acquisition: A central information day replaced numerous individual trips - saving time and money.
- Strengthening marketing: The combination of digital visibility via the website and real on-site experience creates the ideal conditions for attracting sponsors and exhibitors to the 2026 Finance Symposium in Wiesbaden.
